Hydraulic Throttle Actuator

Question
We would like to design a hydraulically actuated throttle. We do not see any rules prohibiting this or requiring the use of a throttle cable.
Answer
No hydraulic controls will be allowed for the throttle. All throttles need to be actuated by a mechanical cable.
