Please review the upcoming deadlines for the Baja SAE New York Event.

  1. Please ensure your team has filled out their fast track rosters for the New York event! With a large number of teams, filling out the fast track roster is the only way to guarantee your team gets the correct # of Solidworks Event T-Shirts.

  2. The Design Review Briefing sponsored by Polaris is due on Thursday 5/14/2026 at 11:59:59. You will lose points every day after the due date until 5/19/2026, then your team will be removed if no submission is made.

  3. The New York organizers are accepting meal orders until Friday 5/15/2026. Please find the menu and info on where to send under Competition Resources > Files > Baja SAE® New York Meal Order Form..
